Print in Process

Linoleum block print

I had to go out of town for a couple of days and didn't get as far as I'd like to have on this block print, so here is a proof copy. I wish I'd made a proof of it sooner--I might have left out the detail on the horse and kept him more of a silhouette. However!! That's the nature of a linoblock!! Once a cut is made, there's no putting it back! Well, tomorrow I'll finish the carving and see how it looks. . .at any rate, I sure like the process!

As much as I like your paintings, it's good to see you working on a print. Like it.
