In getting ready for Christmas shows, I just haven't been able to paint the last couple of days, so decided to bring up a favorite of mine. This was a scene from Washington Square near Portland, Oregon. This painting was a departure for me--I really loosened up with it more than I had before. It was painting in July of 2008.
